1. Concierge Role & Supplier Agency
SunsetSeas Cruise & Travel acts solely as an independent travel concierge and booking facilitator between our clients and third-party travel providers (cruise lines, airlines, hoteliers, tour operators, and insurance underwriters). All travel bookings are subject to the specific terms, conditions, and carriage contracts established by the respective travel supplier.
2. Zero Agency Fees Guarantee
Our concierge trip planning, quotes, and stateroom placement services are provided at zero added markup over supplier direct pricing. In standard bookings, our compensation is paid directly by cruise lines and hotel brands upon completion of travel.
3. Payments, Cancellations & Refunds
Deposit schedules, final payment deadlines, cancellation penalties, and refund policies are determined directly by the cruise line or travel supplier selected. SunsetSeas ensures you receive complete disclosure of payment and cancellation terms prior to confirming any transaction.
4. Travel Insurance Recommendation
We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel protection covering trip cancellation, trip interruption, emergency medical evacuation, and lost luggage. International travel entails inherent uncertainties, and travel insurance safeguards your vacation investment.
